Bu de\u011ferlendirmeleri de bir performans \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc olarak de\u011fil geli\u015fim s\u00fcrecinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmelerde bu kriterlerden beklenen seviyenin alt\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan bir kriter varsa bu kriteri&nbsp;ki\u015finin geli\u015fim plan\u0131na al\u0131yoruz. Bu \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z mevcut i\u015f rol\u00fcnde hangi bilgi ve becerilere sahip olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini, hangi alanlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmesi gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6rebiliyor. Ayn\u0131 durum aday oldu\u011fu bir i\u015f rol\u00fc i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli oluyor. \u00dcst role birden fazla aday varsa hangi aday\u0131n \u00fcst role ait tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f kriterlerdeki beklenen seviyeleri kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131, hangi alanlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmesi gerekti\u011fini, \u00fcst pozisyona uygunluk y\u00fczdesini hem biz hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n insan kaynaklar\u0131 sistemi \u00fczerinden g\u00f6rmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buna ilave olarak da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n geli\u015fimlerini takip etti\u011fimiz potansiyel geli\u015fim havuzumuz var. En son assessment s\u00fcreciyle de de\u011ferlendirmelerini tamaml\u0131yoruz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck performans\u0131 olan, geli\u015fim destek ihtiyac\u0131 olan personellerimizi de takip etti\u011fimiz geli\u015fim havuzumuz var. Geli\u015fim ihtiyac\u0131 olan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 buraya dahil ederek performansta d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olduklar\u0131 hedeflere ili\u015fkin geli\u015fim planlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6neticileriyle birlikte yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve beklenen performans hedefine ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gen\u00e7 yeteneklere kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunuyor musunuz, biraz detayland\u0131r\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7 yeteneklere kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunmak konusunda aktif bir strateji izliyoruz. Her y\u0131l d\u00fczenli olarak bir\u00e7ok \u00f6\u011frencimize k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem staj deste\u011fi sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz, ayr\u0131ca 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z NewGen Uzun D\u00f6nem Staj Program\u0131, bu \u00e7abam\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z programla, \u00fcniversite son s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencileriyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, gen\u00e7 yeteneklerin bizimle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelerine ve staj program\u0131m\u0131z hakk\u0131nda bilgi edinmelerine olanak tan\u0131d\u0131. S\u00fcre\u00e7leri ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayan 12 \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisine farkl\u0131 departmanlarda uzun d\u00f6nem staj imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunduk. Bu stajlar, \u00f6\u011frencilerin teorik bilgilerini pratikte uygulama f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131 ve profesyonel becerilerini geli\u015ftirmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu. Staj program\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayan 6 stajyerimizi ise 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda kadroya dahil ettik. Bu, gen\u00e7 yeteneklere i\u015f imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flarken, ayn\u0131 zamanda a\u00e7\u0131k pozisyonlara e\u011fitim ve tecr\u00fcbe ile yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yerle\u015ftirme olana\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda yeni bir d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Bu program\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fi ile gen\u00e7 yetenekleri performanslar\u0131na g\u00f6re, uzun vadeli kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunarak, onlar\u0131 \u015firket i\u00e7inde ilerleme ve geli\u015fim i\u00e7in destekliyoruz.
